All requests for returns or refunds must be made 30-45 days after your purchase of the product. We won’t accept requests made before the 30 day period or after 45 days of purchase. We issue all refunds to the original credit card you used to make the purchase. After the request is processed, it may take up to 2-3 business days to see the refund reflected on your account statement.
